The New York Post never ceases to amaze me. Shortly before Terri Schiavo’s death they ran a big front-page editorial about how it was all over now and we should let her die in “peace and dignity.” Well, first of all, there is no better way to achieve peace and dignity than by plastering this headline all over the front page. Secondly, aren’t “peace and dignity” the two things the Post has dedicated itself to eradicating from the face of the earth?
